So much news from everyone! It's fun to read what you've been doing. I hope those that need healing get it, and we all have a peaceful weekend.
I finished my blocks for the Rest & Refreshing BOW and sewed them together in a couple of rows, as far as I could get, as we are only half way on the blocks. I ran out of the sashing fabric, so must do the other half in something else.
Now, back to the Round Robin row I'm working on for our local quilt group. Must get that done before I sleep, as I have to trade it Sunday afternoon.

Everyone had something going on this summer, so my local quilting group decided to take a break for July and August and get back together in the fall. Because of that, we decided this was our last trade of our Round Robin. We did 6" rounds and it's at 48" presently. I made a plaidsy for my center block, but instead of a red square in the center I used a print with a cowboy. I want to make the top a twin size, so I'll add something top and bottom, then one last round. If I can finish it by our next group meeting, then I'll be so pleased with myself! :-) I procrastinated on the round I needed to do, and ran out the door in the nick of time, with the quilt top hot from the iron. I was about 5 minutes late to the meeting, and thought I'd take a picture there, but alas, I forgot.

Here is the flimsy of a small (baby?) quilt I just finished. This was a Monthly Quilt Club I belonged to a long time ago. It was fun to do, as we had a whole month to complete each block. They sent the pattern and material. I had the blocks saved for a couple of years! My quilting has certainly improved since I started these blocks. I see things I could have done better.

Well I found ya'll. I thought I was just having trouble w/the satellite in Brady but when I got here in Midland yesterday it still didn't work. SO....I sent a PM to Honchey & ta-da.
I have some good news. The house had actually been on the market for one week. Wait, not even 1 week as that would be tomarrow. Any-way, we got a verbal offer today. I think we are gonna take it! We will probably have to deal w/all of this by e-mail as we are gonna head back to Brady tomarrow.

Thanks for the word of caution. We did sell the house last Dec, but not to that buyer as they backed out. We did have a Real Estate agent who took good care of us. I now love living in Brady!

Love the round robin, Giv! Truly unique! Did a different person make each round? I would get brain freeze trying to decide what to do next. Love the center, too.
Jeanie, your sampler is gorgeous! Those are some wonderful blocks.
I love seeing everyone's projects... thanks for the photos!
