Very nice packaging, Honchey. They all look like the same size, too. Afraid mine would not look that nice, especially, if I stayed up pass my bedtime.... and the chickens bedtime....always have been early to go to bed to sleep.
Carrie, you have many talents and skills; building buildings is not my thing, but it would be a handy thing to know. And your plans sound wonderful, perhaps we will see pictures later in the Spring??
Alas, I have been sewing up rows of PC quilt top this morning using the 'rippppppppppppping' more than I like and the seams where I joined slashing together is not all equal in the row, so as I join the rows together, either I sew a deeper seam or rip it out and sew again to match the next row. I will try again, I will try again, I will try again, if I said that enough to myself, maybe I can finish the PC top this month.
Thanks, everyone for the best wishes on our 47th anniversary. Two stubborn people too stubborn to anything but a life sentence of togetherness. Told dh I was as stubborn as him when we wed.
Yes, OksewGlad, I hope your bank appt went well; and you can have a good FART trip in the near future!!

CarrieM ... here's hoping that new med gives you some relief! PLanning it all out on paper will be the secret. What I did when planning my kitchen (that I sadly had to leave behind when I sold the farm ... I MISS IT SO!!) that might help you with your plans. As you do everything, start thinking of it as being in your new Clubhouse. Where would it be? What would be the most convenient spot? Is there a spot for it? How much space is needed? What height for your tables? etc. etc. The fold up stairs are nice, though can be a nuisance, when you pull them down ... will things be in the way. I'd be more apt to make them stationary, and plan around them ... you can do some great storage cubbies under stairs ... or could be a good set up for a work table with good lighting. Being that you can do the wiring ... over wire and over light the place! Easier to not use it later, than to be cursing that there is not enough lights or plugs. How EXCITING to be able to plan this getaway spot!
QNSue ... Patience! Better to deal with those little problems now ... than to ignore them and then later wish you had. Will make for another great quilt of memories for you!
Wondering ..... any new MB arrivals today?

For Labels, this is how I do the labels on the computer, then print them on treated fabric, I don't use the sewing machine on them at all. I place treated fabric on freezer paper then run them through the printer. Then sew on the back of the quilt, but on this one I will put on the front as an individual block. I have an SE, but that would be harder for me to do.

Thanks, Anael, that looks great; and no calories eating it in the virtual RV with everyone. Looks like its chocolate, too!! That way, we can celebrate all the anniversaries and birthdays of the month!! And the sewGrands progress.

Wow - busy thread again today.
My best wishes for Jan and QNS on their anniversaries!
Mirabelle - those strip quilts are so great and colorful for your nursing home residents.
QuiltE - I've got the top and side sashings on my PC Quilt. I'm also moving those blocks around about every time I go into my sewing room. I'm going to take a photo and put it on my desktop. I did that last time, and things that need changing, that you don't see right away, start popping out at you.
Mirabelle - I've got all the Quilting on the Square blocks on my computer. Thanks for the heads up that they will be taking them off the website. Maybe the Spike Your English BOM will be interesting, will have to check it out!
Anael - those baby outfits are darling! I can't wait to see them dressed up in all Grandma's finery!

Carriem I hope you are feeling better and the new meds allow you to get a good night sleep. DD does know I have made the butterfly quilt, but she has not seen a pic of it since before I put the borders on it.
JanRN Happy Anniversary to you and MrJanRN.
Honchey mmmmmmm brittle my favourite
QuiltE no birthday plans with DD at the moment, her big day falls on Easter Sunday so no FART, (and really if you saw her stash she doesn't need any more fabric) I might drive down and spend the day with her. Will have to wait and see.
Anael have I missed something exciting, you received a block from QuiltE please share...or was I asleep when I was reading the chatter
How I wish there were elves sewing away for me at night or at least they could clean up a little Had my morning coffee so off the computer and back to quilting today, stay off the computer stay off the computer stay off the computer do you think that will work

Oh a perfect addition for the RV group, mirabelle--a sewer's elf--we all need one don't we?
GrannyQ--why do you use the special fabric for the label. Have you tried regular muslin on a piece of freezer paper for a label? I have and then ironed it well; wet it down and no running. Share your experience with us, please.
GGal we posted close to each other. Yes bank meeting went okay. I have to admit I do have all my ducks in a row when in comes to bookwork. Not just the day to day expenditures, but the year end tallies and financial ratios too. DH told one of the grands when they were grumping about have to help in the barn, that "everything you have is because of these cows, so we have to take care of them so they take care of us." No more grumping for the morning. Well I'm that way about my books--because timely accurate accounting pays in the long run and helps me take care of the cows! When you have a business you are always straightforward and honest, but especially with the banker.
Now how about a piece of cake hartelijk bedankt, Anael.
