Ditto!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't started to exercise for 2 reasons first off my disability and second I was on a diet only once before in my life and lost 50 lbs. I did calories for about 3 months then I added exercise (pliates) to jump start my metabolism. I also don't like crash diets where you loss a lot very fast because just as fast as it comes off it goes back on. The healthy way to do it is to loss 1-2 lbs per week and it usually stays off. It takes longer but it is worth it in the end no yoyo diet. I was good since my last diet 10 years ago but in the last 8 months I ate crap so here I am. I don't plan to set any records or win any fat quarters I am here to have fun because that is what I need in my life right now and if I loose the weight I hope to while I am at it that is an added bonus. :-D :-D :-D

And healthy eating is the best way to go, even if it doesn't mean losing the most here. We are not promoting any crash diets because we all know they don't work in the long run. Healthy is the only way for me :thumbup: :thumbup:

Boy, there sure is a lot of talking going on here. Can you believe just a few FQ got the ladies all hyped up. LOL Well I wish you all a lot of good luck, but I will be sure to let you know where to send those FQ the end of March. LOL
