I lost a bunch in 2004 before I was married and 35 last year for a total of 56 pounds. I look and feel like a different person. Who is that woman wearing size 8 shorts (at age 69)? Why, it's me!
I am a total WW fanatic. I would recommend it to anyone. As they say, "It works when you work it."

jeri, is your post a slam? I'll give you the benefit of doubt, but by your description I would include every church in the world.
Not a slam, just an observation.
I feel so good! If there were magic or pill for being the size we want everyone would be there.
It isn't easy, but for the most part I'm having fun with the zero points program. I'm glad this thread was started.

No but I should. I signed up with a program at the hospital as it was free. It is supposed to start next week. We used to have an awesome Weight Loss thread on this board and that was helpful but I gained 50% back.

Hopefully that possible slam up there just came out differently than was intended.
I'm down 61 pounds as of Monday.
I came up with a recipe for chicken & bean burritos that is pretty tasty, if I do say so myself. By itself, it comes out to zero points per serving. It's especially good on a low carb whole wheat wrap (1 point) with a piece of melty Velveeta cheese (1 point)!
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
1⁄2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1⁄4 tsp paprika
1 tsp table salt
1 Can Lucks Pinto Beans Naturally Fat Free, including liquid
1 Can Old El Paso Refried Beans, Fat Free
About 14oz skinless rotisserie chicken breast (I used Costco's chicken - yum!)
1/8 - 1/4 cup of water, if needed, to get it all stirred together well
Cook in a slow cooker for an hour or two until hot. I was able to get 11 servings out of it, some of which I froze in individual cups for later.
It's not super-spicy. You could add cayenne pepper or other seasonings to spice it up, if you want.
I just noticed that there's an offer at the bottom of my WW page that lets me send an invitation to a new subscriber. We both get a free month. If anyone is interested, let me know. It could save us both some money ... money we could spend on fabric! LOL!

Today is weigh in day. My pants are baggy so hopeful for a - and not a +
There was a TOPS booth at our little fair this past weekend, and I brought home their magazine. I had no idea there was a group in my little town. I've never been to one of their meeting or talked to a TOPPER, so I might drop in next week. Meets the same time as my WW.

I just joined the group at where I work. I had thought about joining last fall, but figured I could do it on my own. Guess what, I weight 10 lbs more than I did last fall. So I'm hoping the accountability will help.
