Thank goodness people like her are few & far between on Ebay but we need to get those few out of there. Report her for sure & keep us posted. Good luck. We are all rooting for you.

Sellers are quick to point out that when you bid on their items, you've entered into a legal contract to buy it should you be the highest bidder. Well, it's a 2-way street and she has a legal obligation to send it to you. She took a chance listing it that low and she lost. Report her immediately, if she relists it, it is fraud!

My son made the mistake of not considering shipping costs and not listing a minimum bid and had to send out for $5 an item that cost $8 to ship UPS (he wanted the tracking # in case it did not get to the buyer)...lesson learned. Now he mainly does patterns that can be downloaded, so no shipping involved.

Yes I have had a similar problem, but it was resolved immediately. I and another woman bought fabric, the packages got mixed on shipping and we received each others items. The seller contacted both of us asking if we would be willing to swap packages by directly shipping to each other and seller would refund shipping cost to us. We both did and everything ended happily.
The seller you are working with is trying to pull a fast one. I have been buying and selling on EBay for years and I work very hard to make sure I do as much as possible to please the customer.

Greed is running the show with this woman and she needs to be reported. Sellers like her ruin it for others.

I think that is a good idea, but I might wait until the sewing machine is in your hands! :)

Contact "ebay buyer protection". You can do this from the banner on each listing. It works and you get great people to help.

Well, after 3rd try to ebay, here's the response. yes I was refunded my money but that's not the point. Still ticked off about. Now the seller won't respond to my emails. Offered to repay and have it sent to me. Anyone wanting to know the seller PM me, I'd be more than happy to tell you.

Thank you for contacting eBay in regard to item #190400066209. I can
appreciate how disappointing it can be when you are expecting an item
you purchased but it never arrives. I thank you for your patience and I
commend you for the time that you have given the seller to correct this
    situation.

I understand the seller seems unwilling to complete this transaction.
Unfortunately, we don?t have the ability to ?force? the seller to send
the item to you. If things don't work out and you believe the seller has
no intention of following through on the sale, we encourage you to leave
them Feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs). Because Detailed
Seller Ratings are anonymous, sellers can't see which buyer gave them
which rating. So feel free to be honest and open about your buying
experience. This will allow your seller to get a more complete picture
    of their performance.

I want to assure you eBay uses Detailed Seller Ratings as a way to
monitor our sellers? behavior and if sellers are not meeting our
standards, actions can be taken against those members. Depending on the
case and the seller, our actions can range from education on how to best
meet customer needs to seller suspension.

In addition, we encourage you to leave the seller appropriate Feedback.
Don't worry about getting negative Feedback from the seller because
sellers can only leave positive Feedback for buyers or no Feedback at
    all.

For more info on how to leave Feedback, visit:
    http://pages.ebay.com/help/feedback/...ons/leave.html

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for being a valuable
    member of the eBay community.

    Sincerely,
    Mark J.R
