(why is it men just drop off as soon as they lay down and snore the night away and we women are awake most of the night?)
I use deep breathing exercises to relax before sleep. I sleep well at night, and if I wake, I read. My husband says he sleeps well because he has a pure heart and a clear conscience.... He trained himself to sleep any time he could while he was in the army. All people are different.
