Sure, count me in. Any motivation on this journey to better health is a plus.

I am willing to give it a try again. I got lost in June and could not find the messge or thead to keep up. One more time. Yuk, I actually gained weight and had to lose that before beginning the downward steps from my starting point.

Let's talk about what works-
What life style changes have you found for weight control?
What triggers your gains?
changes that work for me:
increase "activities of daily living"-take the stairs when ever I can instead of the elvator, walk up the escalator, park in the farthest parking space and walk. Drink lots of water and walk to the farthest bathroom at work.
I wear a podometer and make sure to get at least 10,000 steps a day.
What triggers my gains:
Stess, boredom, depression. If I start feeling stupid I eat, if I'm sad I eat, if I'm bored I eat,and then I eat when I'm happy and when I'm with friends....so I guess I just eat too much.
