If you didn't get any response on Ebay try Esty. They specialize in handmade items and you would probably get a real response from someone who knows the value of your product.

If you're having problems with it, do you yhink you should try to sell it to someone? Personally, I wouldn't want to buy a machine that had problems.

Are you joking? Tell me more. :-D
If you don't have an ebay store, you get 50 free listings a month. If you do have a store, open another account so you can get the free listings.
It's great, no more paying upfront fees if something doesn't sell.

Crazy is everywhere - not just on eBay. I've bought and sold on both eBay and Craigslist and choose based on item I'm selling. Generally, hard to ship = Craigslist. Collectible or higher value = eBay.

I wouldn't sell anything of a high value on ebay. Too easy for a dishonest buyer to claim something was wrong with it, and ebay always seems to take the buyer's side.
If you can't afford to lose the item AND the money, think twice about selling on ebay.
Craigslist = cash in my hand and I never have to hear from the buyer again.

I agree. If I am going to bid on something, I don't want to do the back and forth bidding, I want to know exactly the lowest price the seller will take and then I am willing to bid on it or not. I know my financial limits. But I also know if I am bidding on something on Ebay, it means I want it. I would rather not know after I have placed my highest bid that the reserve was not met and I never had a chance to get it anyway.

This is SO TRUE!! Just yesterday I got a notice that a buyer claims I didn't send a package. Now get this: 2 weeks ago the buyer gave me positive feedback!!!!!!!
I called Paypal and they basically told me it's the buyer's word, NO MATTER that they left me positive FB.

Thank goodness it wasn't super expensive but being in another country I will also be charged the shipping and that just stinks :(
I write in each listing that if international buyers want tracking and insurance they must pay for Priority Express.
That's just a waste of my typing.

I have about given up on overseas buyers, they are just too much headache. the last one managed to send a PP payment for the cost of the item only, after I had sent an invoice with shipping. I refunded her partial payment and am waiting for her to resend the whole amount. Of course I can not report her as a nonpaying bidder because of the way she did it.

That is a great idea.
