I have been buying fabric from ebay for over 12 years and not once have I been disappointed. They have always been honest about what they have, read the fine print. If there was a problem it was corrected quickly. I look for the bargains all the time.

Hello all!
When ever I deal with ebay it's a gamble I am willing to take so far i have been lucky and the gamble paid dividend I bought fabric on ebay and have been very please with them and if it wasn't good products then i have no one to blame but myself for not researching thoroughly I always make sure the seller has positive feedback i never settle for less than 98% feedback i always pay with Paypall and if the product is not what the advertisement says i can put a claim via Paypall and bring it to their attention that the seller is not being honest. So far so good with ebay and me :)

I, personally, have always found exactly what I wanted to buy, if you look carefully, with no cvomplaints!! Great experience
However I bought some beautiful fabric on a quilt shop site, in America, and it was not what I expected at all! The print was GIGANTIC! it looked small
will be able to use it, but definitely NOT what I thought

I love buying fabric from Ebay. I have bought some crappy fabric...(looked better online picture) Follow the rule of know your prices at your local stores. Sometimes when you add shipping it is more expensive that if you bought it locally. Also read the feedback on the seller. But I shop EBAY for all kinds of Fabric and maybe other "stuff".

Speaking from experience I only buy quilting fabric on e-bay if I know the brand or have seen the fabric on a specialist quilt shop site. I have had a few good purchases, but often the colour has been completely wrong or the quality is poor. Check out the seller's sales and feedback, as others have suggested and ask questions if necessary. Also, buying on e-bay does not always mean it is cheaper.

There's so much there it would be a shame to avoid it because of someone's bad experience. And we've only heard one side of the story.
