#1 most important thing I have - I shop from my stash of about 3000 yards (mostly batik). I can replace anything else I have but not my stash!!

VERY IMPRTANT when I get done with this quilt I am planning on doing a couple scrappy quilts to use up some of it. I do love looking at my stash though.
HAPPY QUILTING. :D

Laughed out loud when I read this...

Check out the Stash Song from Cathy Miller ( I think ) it's on You Tube called " 100 ways to hide a Stash" very funny...on the verge of hoarding ?!

I do the same thing, as I cannot afford to go to my favorite Quilt shop all the time and I am on a budget it is good to use fabric from my stash.

My stash isn't huge but I wouldn't give it up for nothing and I always seem to run across something I love and it follows me home I try to be good but it's so hard. Good thing I don't bring a lot of $$$ with me I guess I know me. Bless us all we do good things with the fabric it's like a love affair when you touch it. Sue

Assuming any collection of quilt fabric (no matter how small or large) is a "stash" -
You can't make a quilt without a stash, sooooo.... I'd say your stash is pretty important in the scheme of things lol
