I am in the middle of cleaning mine up. I have stuff stacked up everywhere. I found fabric and notions (Unopened) that I forgot that I bought. I cannot even see the top of my ironing board and I cannot sit down in my chair. I have to step over bins to feed my bird. I thought someone had stolen my vacuum cleaner...it was behind a huge bolt of batting. LOL! I had a major distraction occur that has kept me from finishing. I hope to finish this weekend but that does not mean it will stay clean for long. Thank goodness my sewing area is down in my basement, otherwise I would not let anyone in to my house.

Messy, messy messy while I am working on a project. But I can't go to bed until I make neat piles out of everything. That way and can get started faster the next day!

I try to keep my area clean, but it just does work for me. My husband is an accountant and has to have everything in it's place so when he looks at my area he just shakes his head. I guess it's like a Felix and Oscar thing.

But to get back on topic, I am somewhat neat and have to have a sense of order. I hang up all my tools on my peg-board after a sewing session, and put fabric back in its place also.

I love the baby in the playpen picture!! She will be a sewer for sure when she grows up, with all that exposure to it as a baby!

I'm pretty neat all in all. Too much mess or clutter tends to make me feel scatter brained. I don't have an excess of brain cells so I can't afford any additional confusion. lol!

Definitely messy! I have 'stuff' everywhere, and I work off my kitchen table.

Coffee anyone?

Living in senior housing you don't have a choice but to keep things in their place. But, I never could stand working in a mess. It's not the best, but I try.
