how's this for customer service ??

I order from Fabric.com all the time and agree that their customer service is great. For some reason, I've hit an unlucky streak and have received several wrong fabrics recently. When I call, they are always so nice and apologize and arrange to send the right one. The only problem is if they are sold out of the one I ordered, they can't replace it, but issue a credit to my card. The CS rep told me that they are changing their method of selecting fabrics to fill orders from manual to a bar code system, so that should hopefully correct the problem. They always tell me to keep the fabric that I received in error. Sign up for their newsletters!! They even send you a 15% coupon for your birthday!!

I love fabric.com. Their service is great, shipping is fast, have never had an issue. They did send me the wrong fabric one time and when I called in, they sent the correct one and told me to keep the wrong piece!!
I'm always getting coupons from them. In fact, I just got my 2nd anniversary coupon for shopping with them.
Of my online fabric buying, I use fabric.com probably 90% of the time. The other 10% is usually some odd design a customer wants and they don't have.
Highly recommend them, especially because the fabric IS good quality.
