You might look into Embird software. I don't have it but anything I've read is positive. price is reasonable and company has good customer service.

Here's what I was told when that happened to me. The new Windows 7 program uses 64 bit - our old ones use 32 bit. But there is a Windows 7 Professional program out there for people that need to be able to run their old XP programs as well as the new Windows 7. You can buy the program for about $200. I haven't tried this - hope it helps.

This is called technology/digital age. Unfortunately, PC's get virus' and crash. MAC's don't. Did you download to a USB stick? You always need to back-up your information on something so when your PC crashes and eats everything, all you have to do is utilize your USB and your information is safe. Tks. GG

As Bibliostone mentioned.. I would talk to a techy.. We are running Windows XP on a Windows 7 computer at work, We ran into a problem with the medical billing software that will become obsolete in Jan that could not run on Windows 7.. We installed the XP program, and it's fine.. We ddn't delelte the Windows 7. We installed XP as a program..

what a load of BC!
you should still have your original OS disc's for your computer..just get a used laptop without the OS system.
anyone who works on computers in thier home should be able to fix you up for cheap. or turn to craigs list for free.

do they have a FB page? broadcast the issue!

It all works fine now and only cost me $50.00 to have it set up that way.
What a great idea - I need to do this for some other software I have. Its a cardmaking software and the new version send you straight to internet and it sucks. Also I have an embroidery machine which I havent used in so long that I bet its the same way.

I hate it when they change things - supposed to be for the better but most times it isnt lol I guess we just get used to one program and thats what make it easier - dont know for sure lol

Watch garage sales! People are selling older computers at garage sales really cheaply. You can get an old one to run your older software. We have all faced this with all sorts of software. They "gotcha!"
