Not too sure how much impact the BBB would have with a company that is going out of business....the credit card company has a direct impact on the money - that is the strike zone.

Can you share the online store? There are quite a few fabric stores online that are going out of business, would hate to have the samething happen.

Since you used your debit card instead of a credit card, I am not sure you can have the fees reversed. It is worth checking with your bank. In any case, at a minimum I would contact the BBB. I would also contact your state's attorney general and file a complaint with them.

I am so sorry to hear this happened to you. I hope they are just behind schedule and that your fabric finds it way to your sewing room soon.

I did not come it at the end. I sent suggestions to Natalie the day after her post. This quesiton was asked several times.
Before asking again, I searched the posts. Still did not find it.
Where is it in the posts? I also searched to see if Natalie and responded with the store name. She did not, so why not include it in your post again, for those of us who missed what must have been a separate post on a store going out of business?

Call your credit card company and ask for the amount to be reversed.
