Is there a way to inform the card company and let them try to help? That is so... not right!Keep us informed.

I have spoken to the card company. A prepaid card doesn't have all the perks of a regular card. As I said , you can only get what is actually on the card and no more. They have cancelled the card and issuing another , will take about 2 weeks to get.At a cost of $9.95 to reissue one.My bf is on his way to Georgia with a load and will stay on top of this. After receiving another email today from UPS, stating they had a tracking no. for this order, I received a second email stating this tracking no and parcel pick up had been cancelled and to contact the shipper as to why. my card was again charged for $44.77 also today. Which is why the card was cancelled , they had depleted the money I was gonna use for future orders. According to the site this evening now this order has now been shipped ,( WE WILL SEE) and it was shipped standard shipping which was free because the order was over $35. So far however I have been charged 3 times what my order totaled maybe more!! I quit drinking over 10 yrs ago, but I am seriously thinking it may be cheaper to take that up again rather than play with online stores!

You may ask why I shopped online. My mom 78 yrs old and a stoke victim , toatally bed ridden, and I can only leave the apt maybe 30 minutes at a time, for fear she will have another breathing attack or stroke. Minutes mean life for her. My neighbors think charging big money to watch her is not a crime, and then things disappear while I am out at a store. Of course it was not them! So this is no longer an option the cost or missing things, .I have had to replace insurance papers twice and an I>D is still missing of hers. Unfortunately I have the most unscrupulous neighbors you could have. But that is another thing. Oh well WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND THEY SAY

I hate to be the opposite since everyone is on such a roll but..... I have been ordering from Fabric.com for years and only once had any problem. They sent the wrong fabric. I called and discussed this with the customer service rep, who found what I had ordered and agreed they had made a mistake. Their policy was to ask for me to either use the fabric they sent by mistake on something else or donate it to a church group that quilts and they would be sending me the correct fabric. I got the right stuff in the mail with in days. No charge, no hassle, no problem. I'm sorry others have been having problems but I'll certainly continue using them.

Yes. I just ordered from fabric.com for the 1st and last time. There was a yard of flannel - unexpected, since the web site hadn't indicated.

Make sure you all read my comments(from Tattoonana) on all this...I've had a fun time with them this week. Hal Genter is the customer service rep I dealt with...was trying to fix "all" the problems...I don' think there's enough time in the world for them to get that done! I will NOT be doing any more business with them.
