Sorry haven't figured out how to edit my original post, but did find the mobile app woohoo! Now there's a bell and a whistle! Now to figure out if I can post pics directly from my iPhone. This is lots more fun than figuring out how to post my grades in our new school program!

Hi I had a hard time getting use to this new Board but now I love it. I like it because you can find things that was
posted several weeks ago. This keeps me from going back to old quilts boards to find either a recipe or a link or a BOM
That I had saved. Now, I can go to this new board and find any old Post. Keep up the good work. and Thank.
I do really enjoy this site.

I heard that you can't teach an old dog new tricks....now that's a lie. I'm learning to get around this new board and it's fun....challanging but fun. It's good to learn new things.....makes me feel less old!

In America sometimes we utilize our freedom of speech too freely. As my mother would say, "You don't have to say everything that comes to your mind." My brother is a quiet person. He says that if he keeps his mouth shut, people don't know how ignorant he is. If he opens it, they have no doubt.

This forum is free. We do not pay to be members, and yet we feel we have the right to criticize. Of course, positive suggestions should be welcome in any group with a common goal. I for one am grateful for the effort it takes to operate this forum and thoroughly enjoy the benefits of participating here.

    Thank you!

Why would anyone want hurt someones feelings by ignoring them? I do not like that button at all because I will not use it to hurt anyone.

I generally use this forum to learn and rarely post but reading this reminds me of one of my favorite quotes-
"Don't look back. You're not going there."

I have been traveling and have not had much time to explore the new format but as long as the information is there, I will find it by exploring. Learning is good. I appreciate having a place to go when I want to, where I can learn as much as I have learned here.

I have tried not to complain too much. I do have to say I like the background color much better. Its much easier on the eyes. Mine are getting old and tired : ) Enlarging the font was a great improvement as well. Now if I could just find out where my Feedback scores went ? They were there yesterday...last post I made I noticed they were gone : (

As for the boards, they were new to us all at one time or another. We learned how to use them then, and we will learn how to use them again. It may take some of us longer than others, but the great thing about this place, is everyone is here to help us, and will answer our questions and do everything they can ... we all just need to find a bit of patience.

Thanks again to all concerned.

You are right. My apologies. It doesn't take my images. Is this a mac problem? I hadn't tried to upload pics before. I don't freeze but I click on way I want to upload but it never uploads.

Case in point: I am unable, under any circumstances, to upload an image, and yes, I have watched the tutorial a half a dozen times. It does not work that way for me. As soon as I try to upload anything, the web site freezes up, and I have to: command/escape from a frozen site, and start all over. And yes, I have checked this out with a Mac Expert with over 30 years of experience working on every aspect of the Mac as well as building Mac websites, maintaining and upgrading Mac Websites for Corporate clients, and maintaining Mac Servers. He took my computer and logged onto your site, and after playing with it for a while, and trying to upload images, he said the problem was with the server, not my computer, and that the server isn't built to be friendly to Mac's. So I'm not trying to be negative here, just trying to be informative. I love this site, but I won't stay here if I can't fully participate. I hope this can be worked out. Thanks!
