I'm in. Love VQW. I have so many other chores that quilting often takes a backseat. Thank's to Raggiemom.
Working on 3 lg lap binding and labels and quilting 4 small quilts, all for charity (& decrease my stash-making a small dent).

First project is to sew the final border on my guild mystery quilt. Not my favorite thing ever LOL (used colors I didn't really like and had trouble with unit/block sizing) then I want to sew some batting scraps together = Frankenbatting!

Just checking in, see lots of old friends at the VQR and some new faces. Checked on Mom, doing okay and did some shopping and a library stop on the way home. Treating myself to scallops and veggies for dinner! Yum. Then will do some hand work on the memory quilt, I will save the glass work for tomorrow. Everyone have a great evening.

I want to finish a baby quilt- a panel with a piano key border; and then I may handquilt the characters on the panel. It is very hot here this weekend so I shouldn't have a problem staying inside to accomplish this.

Thumblebug, has lots of value contrast, which I like.
Today, got 1 quilt bound, still needs a label. That requires a different machine, so I'll get some more quilts ready for the label, then do them all.
Also, go a quilt trimmed and can now make the binding from the trimmings.

I'm in. I'm working on quilting a top I finished about six months ago. It's a bit of a chore, I used fabrics which weren't really "me" and I can't say I've enjoyed it. Amazing what a difference fabric choices make. I've three more rows to quilt and then the binding. I'm at my quilting group on Monday and want to be up to the hand stitching of the binding by then.
