Hi Love of Quilts, the attach feature is hidden in the "go advanced" section of the quick reply. After you have selected the file you want to upload you have to hit the upload button which is found to the right (scroll over) of where the attach name is seen.
The first picture doesn't have the scroll bar showing but you can see it in the pop up box in the second screen shot.
Good luck!

My three packages are on the way to the post office this morning!
Here are my steps to uploading a photo. There is more than one way. This work for me when uploading from my laptop.1. Write message
2. Click "Go Advanced" (Located just under the message area)
3. In the box labeled Additional Options click "Manage Attachments"
4. Click "Browse" and locate your photo wherever you saved it on your computer.
5. Find the photo you wish to post click save and then upload. ***
This seems to be where folks stumble. The little box with the "Browse" button needs to be expanded so you can see the "Upload" button. Slide to the right to expand the message box. It is on the far right and hidden until you expand the box.
6. Preview Post and make changes if you wish or add an additional photo.
7. Click "Submit Reply".
Ta- Da we can see your photo. Don't worry if the photo appears sideways, when it is posted to the board, MOST of the time it is upright.
Hope this helps. It took me way too long to figure this out when the QB made changes but now it seems to work well for me. Hope it will work for you too.
