Yikes! I hope everyone stays safe. I agree with TG. Hard to believe it is the end of May.

Here are some finishes in time for Memorial Day. Mind the toes and cut off edges.

Those are some great, patriotic looking finishes, DS! And... I love your shoes!

Hope all in storm areas stay safe.

Looks like its going to be a wet holiday weekend over here in the north east. Glad to hear everyone is safe from the storms. looks like more storms are brewing for the weekend. Stay safe
Terriamn, glad to hear you are home and feeling a little better.

Darcyshannon, your patriotic works are beautiful, just in time for the holidays. I'm sure you planned it that way, LOL
Kassandra, your fabric design is cool.

I'm going to try to get my tomatos in the ground in between raindrops, wish me luck.

I made a little headway on the blocks today. They're all ironed and on the design wall, just need to organize them for the quilt. Everyone did such a good job on the colors and the size, makes it so much easier to put together. I've left feedback for everyone and here's a pic with them all together. Not organized, just put them up as they came out of the bags. Thanks everyone, great job!!

Jaba, what a pretty selection of blocks you received! That dark brown you chose really looks well with your fabric. I’m very interested to see how you put them together. For me, that’s the hardest part, the arrangement.

There’s been a sudden change in mom’s condition. We called off our Memorial Day plans and are home. She’ll be off to the doctor tomorrow to see if he can discover what’s going on. In the meantime, I wish all of you well.

Janice sorry to hear about your Mom, sending hugs and well wishes.

Darcy Shannon your patriotic wall hanging and table runner are great and fantastic job on your pebbles. I would love a patriotic table runner for out here at the lake

Not particularly happy with dh. We bought a lightweight aluminum dock and pulled out our old one yesterday. They did a real number on my lilac pushes. The lilacs are resilient and will pop back but in the meantime I am not a very happy camper..

Jaba your quilt is going to be beautiful.

I hope your mom is going to be fine, Janice.

Terri, hope you enjoy the new dock... and sorry about your lilacs.

I'm going in to teach a Silver Sneakers class this morning, but don't expect many to be there because of the holiday. Next Monday starts my water aerobics class.

Remembering the fallen, in service to our country. <3

Lilacs are blooming, we have white, pale lavender and a deeper purple.

Rainy day here already headed home.

Sewbiz in all reality new dock makes no difference to me other then it will be much lighter for hubby to get in and out.

Janice, sorry about your Mom. I hope the Dr. remedies whatever it is quickly for her.

Terri, the lilacs are beautiful I love their scent. I have one deep purple bush.

Sewbiz, at least you'll cool off for a little while next week with the water aerobics! We're having 90+ days here and the humidity is off the charts. Can you say miserable, blah!

Stay cool and safe if you're in these storms paths, Everybody. Enjoy your Memorial Day.
