That sounds like a nice, easy project to do while sitting in your tent worried about your first time out camping by yourself. If you get a campfire going, you can feed the fire tiny bits of paper. Keep a fat enough stick in the fire to poke the hot end at anything you don't like.
"Car camp" mean you are sleeping in your vehicle?

Tomorrow is the day, heading out by myself to car camp. Hubby and I went to 3 different campgrounds to check them and the drive out One was a no right off the top, all the primitive sites were right next to the highway. Other 2 were great, just have to choose one and make my reservation Taking several quilt books with to check out different blocks

Love that dino block, Lstew!
Everyone, your packages of fabric are on their way! I got home yesterday, and went right to opening your packages and sorting fabrics. Gosh, it took hours to do the swapping! I really appreciate all that Janice has done.
This morning I made the shipping labels and in a few minutes I'll be taking all the packages to the post office. You should all have your packages by Saturday at the latest, with most arriving sooner. When you get your package be sure to count that you have exactly 19 bags for each group. Post or pm me to say that you received your package. Then... create!
Let the fun begin!

This week is all about rain! and cleaning up my small sewing area and finding out exactly what I packed under my bed when we left AZ in June! - I had stripped my ombre fabrics into 2.5" jelly rolls so searching the net for compatible blocks. But I know it will only be when I take that F8 out of the bag, touch it and and read the note that I can match it to fabrics and the perfect pattern!
