SBG, hope you are having a great time with the grand!

logcabin82, I never had that side effect with cough drops. It’s a mystery to me.

The weather in WNC is gorgeous today. Spent some time clearing out a 150 foot bed that had rotting trees in it. We had the trees and stumps removed and what was left was weeds and poison ivy. I pulled a bunch of the poison ivy out but am itching just from the thought of it touching me, which it didn’t. I was completely covered up but I cannot convince myself that I won’t break out in blisters any minute now! Lol.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, Boomers.

The best thing for possible poison ivy exposure is a hot shower with plenty of soapy scrubbing. It can "head it off at the pass", so to speak.

Looking forward to playing with the boom fabric. Trying to get some UFO’s done before the fabric arrives. I have two medallion quilts I put away for a year so. I’m pulling them out and hope to get at least the tops finished. We’ll see. We have beautiful weather here as usual. I”m hoping to head to the farmers market today. Besides the usual they have great bread and African food there. Enjoy your Sunday.

Tomorrow is the day, heading out by myself to car camp. Hubby and I went to 3 different campgrounds to check them and the drive out One was a no right off the top, all the primitive sites were right next to the highway. Other 2 were great, just have to choose one and make my reservation Taking several quilt books with to check out different blocks
