My favorite way to make flying geese is called the "no waste method" if you google it there are lots of instructions. You start w/ squares and end up w/ geese.

THANKS Hav. That’s an amazing block. One I don’t have the skill to make right now. Maybe some day. It will be a beautiful addition to the quilt.
