I had all the envelopes ready - and then hubby lost our mifi! Got a new one - and now I ran out of labels. Off to the store tomorrow so will get them out to Post Office on Friday!

Just stuffed and addressed all. I had enough plastic for half of you and will hope the rest arrive safely without it. I am doing this at my own risk as I dont want this to get behind me. I apologize straight up. I did include a note and a business card in each one so hopefully nothing gets lost. It was one of those days. Moons ago I bought the envelopes, and the return address stamp (oh gosh) and the baggies. now baggies are gone. I think I used them thinking oh I will replace them OR worse yet they are in a good place. I put things in good places all the time. never find them in good time but they eventually show up when I never need them.

I admit it. I am a capital L LOSER when it comes to stamping envelopes. I pulled them out. I stamped the first one oh heck the stamp is upside down. Ok fine toss that envelope bummer. Stamp the next one its off center. ok toss that one bummer twice over. Third one. It works! stamp all of them. tada! .. they are all upside down. every single one. Forgot to check that. Yup did I say L. new tattoo I guess I need. Or just tshirts with a big L. let them think its for Linda. We will all know the truth. sigh.
upside: your fabric is on its way. Please dont show dad my envelope would you? I am already worried about his checking out my stitches and ironing lol.. i am sending him something special. you wait and see if I don't.

iTS OK April we cant sew it all either at one time for me goal is one a day. This is an easy goal. I tried two last time but it was pushing it. This way I can work on this AND all the other open mouth insert foots I signed up for. LOL. love it but at times I think.. was I even thinking when I said that.. OH SURE ONE MORE WHY NOT! lol

I would put money on it that there will be fabric in the mailbox for me today. No late sign ups April? all addresses were golden? I hope so as they are all going out of here either today or Friday depending on the energy level when I get home. well off to have fun! let the games begin!

I would take the undies fabric or the wonderful orange without any hesitation.

Can you see Dad's face if it had undies on it?????? Oh that would be priceless He already thinks we (including him by default) are a little off balance.

Spent some of last night arranging ladybug squares and ended up making another block so it would work out. Today he will iron the sashing strips "because they are a little wrinkled". Heck, we crawled around on the floor with them for hours ... what does he expect? He did lay all the squares on the floor for our layout (ran out of room on the design wall) and he ended up taking off his flannel shirt with all the bending and stretching because he got too warm. He didn't stop though and kept working . Good thing he's my Dad cuz I'll tell you ladies, a short 82 year old taking off his shirt and working in a t-shirt isn't my cup of tea

Don't worry Brat about your envelope...he gets the mail and has it all sorted by the time I get home. He has fingered them up good and wonders about them until I get in....then he practically follows me around until I open them. He'll tease and comment about the envelopes and how far they traveled and if he has been any where around the area.

Moon, you are so lucky to have your dad to do that with! I miss my dad so much and wish he was here to see the quilts you all help me make. I get my quilting interest from his mother who was an avid quilter!! You are SO lucky!!

When you send an envelope with the stamp upside down means you have sealed it with a kiss. Bet you didn't know that. Well I ran out of paper for my printer so I will have to go and get that so I can print my message to all of you. Then I need to go to the LQS to get some material. Wash that material and then cut and I can mail everything out. Might get it done by Friday instead of Monday. The sooner the better. Yeah. My posts office is half a block away so I am lucky with just walking over there. But what is interesting is that the price is different depending on who waits on you.
My adult son lives with me and suddenly he has been showing interest in my design wall which hangs in the hall way. I am doing a whack and stack quilt with my quilt class and he has changed those pieces around and has added his 4 cents worth on the design. So I decided to do his suggestions instead of the way the instructor has it pieced together. It is going to be really strange and interesting. No I won't be giving it to him as the stack and whack part is flowers. Not exactly a manly thing. I am hoping that he will help with the boom decisions when I start getting them. That should be fun although piecing 12 inch squares can only go certain ways. Hmmmmm.
