I recieved my cards from ljdugas and took them to the nursing home for the ladies to see, they were a hit! Some of the ladies did quilting or other needle work before they came to live at the home. They miss it, and love to see what I'm working on - and what I've recieved in the swaps!
Thank you gals...

I just received my card from AKDaffyodil. It is beautiful. It is the one posted on page 9 the little house set in a garden with a great tree and sunshine! Just lovely thank you AKDaffyodil. It didn't take too long to get here either.

Hello I had a personal emergency and I am sorry I haven't posted yet. I received the two most lovely cards. My love said that I needed to take some pointers from these cards they were so lovely.

I received the lovely summer song postcard by Jillnjo. The fuzzy cut animals and the small machine embroidery are lovely.

I also received the beautiful crazy quilted postcard by pjnesler and if I can ever find the heart to part with it I can send it to a friend since she used the printer to print the information on the back very professionally.

I love the cards so much,I am sorry that I was unable to post sooner.

My cards arrived last Saturday. However, I was at my church's Womens Retreat so I didn't get them until late Sunday. Here are the cards from LuckyLindy333 (better known to me as Linda of the West!) and Sewnsew. Sorry I am so late with posting photos.

Linda is so creative. She and I have swapped before and she always impresses me. I love the fabrics and the fuzzy metallic thread she used. Plus, she added a darling frog fabric fatquarter. I am going to make my Mom a clutch from it. It should brighten her day, she has some real hard things going on it her life.

Sewnsew sent me a very clever postcard. notice the button embellishments AND the sewing machine with a needle in it and real thread on the spool. Too clever.

I don't know about the rest of you but for me, I have learned tons with this tiny swap. First, just making two cards to send gave me a very high learning curve. Then, receiving two very cool cards has peaked my interest in trying new techniques. Thanks Abdconsultant for hosting this swap. It has been fun!

It is amazing to see all the different creativity that shows on a small 4 X 6 post card. They are all wonderful!

Sorry I'm late posting to this list,
I received both of mine, one from Australia the map of it & the one of Grapes with the beads.

Both of them great & I just signed up for the October PC swap, I really enjoy these swaps as it is so much easier to get them done than blocks or quilts!
Thanks,

Debs & Hemi

FYI,
I mailed and received both of my postcards. I believe both of my partners posted that they received their cards. Getting ready to start pulling fabric for my October postcard. This was so much fun. Thanks for all the great ideas.
