I was asked not to post but I have had so many PM's wll post what I know. Linda is coping as well as she can with her health issues, spirits are pretty good but no energy. She is doing dialysis and she sleeps most of the time. Has no energy left for internet and cannot sew anymore. She does like to receive cards and I'm sure she would love to hear from you.

I am so sorry to see that Linda's health issues have gotten worse. I am praying for her. I wondered why I hadn't seen her on the QB for a while.

I also have news that is not so good. Forgive me for leaning so heavily on my friends here. Below is an email I sent out earlier:


Just got off the phone with Brad. Plans for Mike's upcoming procedure will be firmed up tomorrow. Today they are giving him a CT scan and doing other tests in preparation.

Mike needs prayer specifically for them to find out why he is having a hard time coming out from under the anesthesia. He hasn't been sedated since last night and he is still not conscious. He is opening his eyes a tiny bit and is fighting his tube (he is breathing on his own but still intubated) but he should be responsive by now and he is not.

The last CT scan was for his chest/heart this one will include his brain.

Please pray.

I'll update when I know more. I appreciate all of you.

I'm disheartened to hear that Linda is not doing well. Prayers are going out to her as well. I wish I can do something for her, too.
