I don't recall if I said so, but I did get a great card and fat quarter from my angel. The card said "wild women don't get the blues". Does she know me? Am sending a goodie tomorrow to mine.

Hi all - I spoke with TruPeach tonite. She wanted me to let you all know she is hanging in there, and will post as soon as she can.

However, she wants me to tell her secret angel THANK YOU for the sweet card and the needle holder. She said it's really great, and wanted to be sure her angel knows she got it and likes it!!

Let's see, two large pieces of Valentine Fabric, a piece of beautiful bird fabric (how'd you ever guess??!! LOL), two adorable stuffed Valentine's Bears (for my kids), 4 huge lollipops (for each of us), a very sweet card, some stickers...and a card that says "Do Not Open until Valentine's Day!! I hope I can wait....I'll leave it in my sewing room, but it's going to be staring at me everyday...temptation....

Okay, now I can honestly say: I have the BEST Secret Angel. You made, made, made my day sooooooooooo much!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Did you see the fabric someone suggested for Admin? It was a bunch of gorillas and they were laughing and suggesting banana fabric to go with it! Sounds like a fun project for him and like your fabric would go perfect!

I got a letter and book mark from my SQA today! Thank you. I really needed something to make me smile after yesterday! (Long story, don't ask! Lets just say that what could go wrong, did, and all of it before noon!) The bookmark was so cool! It is wood with a metal heart a tthe top. I'll try to geta picture tomorrow. Just to answer her, I had a wonderful holiday season and I'm looking forward to learning more about her over the next year. I love to read and always have several books going at one time so this will be perfect!

I received the cutest card with pop up flowers and a moda needle holder. THE BEST I always stick my needled in my pin cushion and because I use small quilting betweens they end up in the middle of the pin cushion and I have to push them through the back to get them out, now I won't have to. Thank you so much, I love it. :thumbup: :thumbup:

The pictures sure make you realize that we have talented and imaginative women in this angel group. Lots of ideas that I would have NEVER thought of in a million years. Mary Jane how are you e-mailing with your Angel? does she have a completly different e-mail address? that would be interesting to me. Since I'm not to computer smart, it seem to me that your angel would find out who you are that way. I guess I need to send a box to my angel soon too. Kathi Thompson

I had to go back and look at your card again. Gosh, I thought it was fabric!! Anyway, all of it is beautiful!

You know, I'm not very good at "guesstimating" how much fabric is in terms of yardage, but I seriously think my SQA sent me something like 2 1/2 yards of fabric in this last package!! OMG, how totally sweet and generous my SQA is!

I keep buying stuff for my person but have to remember not to send it all at once!! it is so hard not to. I also keep thinking just to send a card but then next thing you know I have like 3-4 things that I want to send together!! oh the choices

I believe that my SQA has set up an email address just for me, her Angelee..........isn't that sweet of her. That way, we can chat and learn all about each other's family and favorite things.
There is no chance that I could find out who she is since I, too, am far from a computer whiz.

This is so much fun.........only one problem and I was wondering if any of you other ladies are finding this to be a problem also...

I run to the computer many, many more times a day since joining this board..
Can't wait to see all that the other angelees are receiving....even my sewing is falling bahind..........HELP......

You are going to just love your potato bag, I have one and they make the best potatoes, , Love your sox, and the material is super pretty.

mj- YES!! i am always at the computer now! my DH sometimes has to ban me from it for a few hours at a time so that I can get other stuff done :roll: like actual sewing :wink: and once I am on here it is hard to stay away :twisted:

That's the truth -- between the computer and sewing machine, nothing else exists in the house. I start my day with a couple cups of coffee and a lot of computer conversation.

I got one! I got One! I have three pieces of fabric and each one is a yard.; they are all red and white. I have a finger protector...you can stick your finger right in there while pressing. I have wooden needle cases, pattern for place mats. Pieces of fabric and directions for a coaster and some big fabric clips and a wonderful card and note....I love it all thank you so much my angel

the pretty black & white fabric is not what it appears..it is a handmade card from my SQA......but it really would be a nice piece of fabric, now wouldn't it???

The card is B&W and the writing on the inside is in red ink......
and I do love red, white & black anything......

Yes, It is a very warm feeling to just get these gifts and greetings in the mail. It makes me think of those gifts of wild flowers from little children. Just cause. :-D :-D My kids used to call it warm fuzzies :thumbup:
