    She will just love it. It is such a lovely quilt. Regarding with the color I think either way you go will be great, but I too like the suggestion of the turquoise.

    I broke my pelvis 4 years ago in a fall and would love to have had a beautiful quilt like this to cuddle under in the recliner, where I slept most nights while recovering. What a thoughtful and good friend you are! Good luck to your friend as she heals!

    What a great quilt, made with much love. I'm sure your friend will feel wrapped in love when she uses it. I think I'd go for the aqua/turquoise to tie it with.
