Yes in the far left upper corner is the base of an older model of a light

    Lovely blocks hav4boys !
I followed a BOW here on QB last year and completed my Sylvia's Bridal Sampler. This weekend I entered her into The National Championships here in the UK at Sandown, Surrey. I couldn't believe it when I won a First in the Sampler Quilt Category and was presented with a silver plate and lovely rosette - needless to say I am over the moon this morning !!

All the blocks are looking so good. I have no Civil War fabrics....nada, zilch. And here comes Haveboys doing her blocks in patriotic. I have a lot of patriotic fabrics that I have been trying to figure out what to do with. You have shown me how well this block series it will work for that type fabric. I can't wait to see the rest of the blocks done in the patriotic fabrics. I hope you don't mind if I follow your lead.

Awesome RWB blocks, Hav4! With the 4th of July so close they make me feel really patriotic.

Congrats Dotty! Can't wait to see a pic of your finished quilt. Wow... so many beautiful tiny blocks.
Lovely pinwheel block in those golds.

So, a new block is out... tons of hourglasses, UGH! Not my favorite but I guess one block won't kill me.

Hey, we are more than halfway through the blocks now... only 8 more to go.
