Whew, busy day as I am sure you all are. Have all my pieces cut and separated (using easy angle and companion angle). Will start sewing early in the morning before getting ready to bake some more. Thanks again to everyone for sharing their beautiful pictures of your clues and sample block guesses. I love them all!

Have a wonderful holiday!

Today was housecleaning, washing sheets and towels, and wrapping presents before the family arrives.

Would someone please psych me up to make another 100 tiny geese?

I haven't had a chance to touch fabric today, have been running around like a headless chicken all day. I'm hoping to get all my Christmas preparations done tomorrow so I can have Sunday free to sew. I love Christmas, but I'm looking forward to Tuesday

Sewbiz, only 100? You can do it! We believe in you!

If I had been wise I would have decided to do a half size too. Last year I did 2/3 size and once it was done, I kinda wished I had done the full size.

I had to work days today, but as of 3:31 pm cst I am done with work until Jan.3rd! Yippy! Once I finished some chasing after work, I came home and cut and drew lines for all my pieces. I had to pull out my notes from the first set of geese to remember how to do them - yeesh, I had an accident last summer and ended up with a TBI and it has really scrambled my ability to retain info. I did a trial of 4 no-waste and they came out fine

All mine got finished today, I am doing the 4 at a time no waste. I still need to trim them, maybe I'll get a chance at work tomorrow. I've been playing w/ zig zag fabric yesterday and today in between the geese today.

Awesome work, everyone!

I did get my wing triangles cut for clue 4 before I headed out of town. I was only planning to stay from Wednesday night to tomorrow (Saturday) because I was going to celebrate with my sons and dil until I came back up for my siblings and families Christmas but my niece that’s in the hospital said I was welcome to stay as long as I like. So, no sewing until the 26th! It’s been lots of fun spending time with 3 of my great nieces.

Blessings to all!

I also just did 2/3 last year and wished I had done the full size. We are in the midst of lots of family visiting for 2 weeks, so I have not even started clue #4 yet. It will be good to catch up after the New Year and glean all the tips from you that have blazed the trail for us stragglers.

Theresa,
I had to look up the size I used for the squares too. I have always made the MQ the full size but last year wished I would have made it smaller. Although I like it now I didnt at first. Really looking forward to the reveal this year.

I made mine 2/3 rds this year b/c I didn't think I had enough fabric. So far I'm not running out of any so I may go back and make more units after the reveal.
