Whoot! My first block came out to the right size! That has always been a problem for me, everything tends to come out small. Okay, now that I know what it looks like and the size is right, I am back to my curtains.

So pretty , Theresa!

I seem to recall that this is an old traditional quilt block, but I can't remember it's name. Anyone know, or am I just imagining it?

Looking good Theresa! NZ, yes folded corners is the block this is a folded corners w/ some extra seaming.

Since Bonnie has done a partial reveal and my little unit doodling is impossible w/ her current reveal I will post a pic here of my doodling, I will not post it on QV though.

Theresa, that looks amazing! Great job. I hope mine turn out that good.

I will be heading home today. Love, love, love my time with my family, but I think I’ve been going through “sewing withdrawals”. Can’t wait to get home to catch up on BH quilt! Haha. that’s crazy.

I forgot you, too, Pat, being preoccupied with the first look at the block. You know I love your glowy colors!

I am a long way from sewing anything together. I had to put some pieces on the wall, though, and looking at the distance photo has helped me to focus on the path of the geese.

That is so clever and interesting, Kass!
