Windblown, I agree that your block is beautiful and your quilt will be wonderful.

Too many blocks to name but I love them all. All look so good and I'm excited for the reveal.

Love your doodling, Kassaundra, as always. I really liked your oops one. So looking forward to seeing your final layout.

So...do y'all think our chevron thingys will be sashing or a border? I'm leaning toward sashing...with a Bonnie twist of course.

I'm thinking I will finish constructing clue 7 but hold off on the block assembly clue 8 until the reveal. Last year I changed just one simple element, which in turn changed the whole look. Just in case

This is all so fun, having partial reveals!

My husband, a non-quilter but avid fan, said, "I hope you set these diagonally (on-point); they would look great that way." As hard as thinking diagonally is for me, it was interesting to get his viewpoint!

I've got a cold and no stamina today, but I got six blocks pieced. More tomorrow.

Doesn't look stark at all to me, either. Just wait til you have 50 of them laid out in a quilt. It will be beautiful.

Peggy - your purple and black block is beautiful.

I've been doing some math and I think the only way it would work on point is w/o an alternate block. Maybe just those rectangles as a skinny sashing. Don't want to spoil the mystery with a guess but if I had 50 blocks and wanted to set them on point I'd put them 5 across and 6 down then fill in the empty spaces with the rest of the blocks. With 6 rows of 5 blocks and 5 rows of 4 blocks that would equal 50 total blocks.... but I could be totally wrong.
