I have not tried this but I love to make Pillsbury Bake Off recipes. This is an old one from 1954 but it looks delicious. I generally won't make a web recipe unless it's a 4 1/2 to 5 star review. You just can't go wrong with the Bake Off recipes!

My favorite way to eat blueberries isn't really a recipe. I put blueberries in cream cheese. Yum! They're also great in oatmeal.

I love blueberries most any way!

TBH, I love to eat them fresh, just like popcorn!

Thanks for all the recipe inspirations, as I have a great stash of blues in my freezer
and am always looking for new ways to use them.

Would anyone have a Lemon Blueberry Cornmeal Muffin recipe??

It was a cover photo on a Weight Watchers recipe book from around 2005.
Made it several times but the book seems to have vanished.
I am guessing that I loaned it, and it never came home.

But it does not have to be that recipe ...
I'll gladly try any with those 3 basic ingredients to see if I can find what I am lusting for!
Thank you, Everyone!

We make oatmeal bake. It’s more of a breakfast than a dessert though. I usually use my frozen berries for it. I spread a baking dish generously with frozen B.B. the night before, then early in the am I top the thawed berries with old fashioned oats till baking dish is full. Then I pour in water that has salt and vanilla already mixed in until the mixture is just covered. You can add sugar too if you want a sweeter breakfast. Bake until bubbly on bottom and all water is absorbed. Reheats well. We usually make a big one at the beginning of the week and eat on it all week.

I just wash and eat them raw or on my cold cereal. I have put them in my salad, apple chunks too.

Oh my goodness, I have that book on my shelf. I made this so many times when my children were young - while they giggled about the name.
The only way I like blueberries is in a dump cake.

Dump Cake
1 pint fresh blueberries
1 can cherry pie filling
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 white cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup walnuts

Mix the first three ingredients in a 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix on top, pour melted butter over the cake mix. Top with walnuts and bake until golden and center isn't gooey - probably 40 minutes.

Blueberry Onion Sauce for Pork
This is for 2 servings

2 Pork chops, with or with out bone
1 Tbs butter
1 Medium onion chopped in 1" or smaller pieces, the smaller pieces will cook faster
Salt and pepper to taste, I leave out because we do low sodium diets
1 Tbs sugar, I use maybe a tsp as I don't like it too sweet or leave it out altogether
1/2 Port ot Sherry wine
2 Tbs balsamic viengar
1 Cup blueberries washed and dried

Cook pork until browned and cooked through. Keep warm while you make the sauce.

Add butter to the pan add onions, salt, pepper and cook until onions are golden stirring occasionally. I usually brown any drippings that may be in the pan before adding onions.

After onions are brown, sprinkle sugar over them and cook to carmelize them

Add wine, balsamic vinegar, blueberries.

At this point, I usually thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch/water so it isn't so watery.

Place pork on plate, pour any drippings from the dish they were on into the blueberry mixture.

Pour blueberry mixture over pork and serve.

This is not a precise recipe. You can add/delete/change ingredients to fit what you like.
