Thanks Miriam, but this is the price for reproductions. The originals are going upwards of $50-$80:< And from what I hear the repros. are hit or miss and can be problematic. I don't know if this is true but have read it on a couple websites.

Anyone want to take a guess why they would have an electric machine sitting on top of a treadle and then say its powered by foot.

One quick question in regards to Singer 185K....what kind of bobbin cases do they use? Are they easy to replace? I've googled and really can't find much info. Thanks!
