Where is the best place to buy vintage class 15 bobbins? My singer 15 will not use any of the new reproductions at all. HELP

I guess instead of cleaning you will just have to sew something on the Spartan.
Bring it on over to my house....

I cut up some old shirts and I finally got to piecing them. I think they are going to be very nice quilts for my little men (2 year old GS, Wilbur) and his bro., Walter due in Dec. I'm hoping I have enough sleeve pieces to piece some scrappy skirts for the 3 big sisters. Then they can all match. The quilts need the soft fuzzy backing stuff. I'm liking the Spartan. No light but I like it anyway. I saw that sew-classic has lights. I made a nine patch then cut it in quarters. I have one set sewed.

She takes the same bobbins the Singer 403 I use a lot uses. Well, she does have 2 flaws. A little scratch or two in her paint and the top of her case needs to be re-glued. She does not own a light. She came with a slant zipper foot and a button in her mostly dust free box. Oh and her wires are NEW and her bobbin winder is NEW and her belt is NEW. Her motor runs flat out fast.
    Miriam.....lol

    What a cute machine

You know you have a Spartan when the manual is only 4 pages long and they leave out the part about taking the tension apart. Not much to that machine.
