I have one of September's blocks, Goshen Star. It came together easier than I thought it would. I am back to making my blocks on my Singer 15-88, I just love that treadle machine:-)

Since I have a big piece of flannel tacked up on my wall from my last quilt top, I am starting to play with arranging the blocks from the Bee. It is in constant change, everytime I look at it, I move some blocks. There are still 2 I don't care for. Maybe I will slice them up to fill in the points. Oh, I just had a thought to fill the points with a solid color, what do you all think?

TSC, love the blocks! We made it this time with no damage. The next door neighbors on each side had issues. Thank you all for your thoughts. We were well taken care of with your blessings. For those that might be impacted by Jose next, please take care. I'm hoping he misses us. I have several things going on the next few weeks so I make be coming in at the end of the month with mine.

Sauki1 - I am glad you came through the storms well. Such terrible weather happenings these last few weeks so it is nice to hear such good news.

I'm glad and it's great to hear everyone who was in Irma's path is alright. That's the important thing. Welcome back everyone.

All the blocks are lovely. I really enjoy seeing all of the different layouts of the blocks.

Still cleaning and sorting my sewing room. I do plan to cut/sew my blocks later this week. I really like the blocks for this month. I was wondering, Are we going to have an extra block this month? It's only the 17th? I like the extra blocks.
