Bobbin confession
#71
Lighten Up Girls ! It just occured to me when I was winding up a bobbin if everyone does it like I do. No biggie, not sayin' what's right or wrong. Just think it's funny that I happen to do it that way. LOL I'm a funny girl, not a serious seamtress. Trust your experience, I always say. No shame here, just making light of it ! Happy Sunday !

It seems to me you're doing it the hard way, but whatever works is perfectly okay by me. The bobbin police will never know if you don't tell.

I Do thread it through the little hole. I also wind it around the tension disks on top the the machine in an "8". I had problems with messy bobbin spools, and had bought the Sidewinder (which was a pain in the whats-it) until I learned to thread so there was more resistance, hold the thread until it breaks or has enough wound to stop and snip it.

If I wound by hand I just know I'd be winding the wrong way each time and when I pushed the pedal the thing would probably unwind instead...lol
