I just gave $20 for a 15-91. Works good, but the cord is cracked so I'm going to replace it..myself. If you were closer, I'd let you have this one. I have no real attachment to it, when there are others I'd like to have more. But not shipping it. LOL! HEAVY!!! I will grow into it, I'm sure. Gave her a good drink of oil so she can soak in it until I have the house alone and can play again. Wondering if I need to put a ground plug on her?

No it is not a vertical feed if it has feed dogs. I tried to find a free manual on line for the Pathfinder, but didn't come up with anything for that machine.
Maybe, someone else has a manual or knows where you can get one for the Pathfinder?

A new one came home with me today.
A little back story I have been going to this thrift store for a few weeks. Every time i go there I see this sewing machine. But it was to much money i thoight.
Today they reduced it so I couldnt leave it
its a singer 27 made in 1897 (I think cant find the slip I wote on)
It was modified for electric but I took the motor off. It was in a reg sewing table but I want it for treadle.
Hubby wouldnt let me bring the table home cus we have no room so I took the things that hold the machine in so if I ever made a treadle table.
Now you ready for how much!!!
it was originally 8.00$ but that was to much cus I didnt need or have room for it.
Then it went down to 5.00$ but I still didnt buy it cus it was not something I needed. lol
Today I walk in it and it was 1.00$!!!!!!!!
I couldnt leave it at that price! Its decals are a little worse for wear but the head is in doog shape working wise
And they had the arm pin cushion on it so it has pin scratches and pin wholes!
She came with 2 shuttles and 4 bobbins. Dont know what I am going to name her yet
So after a book about her here are the pics lol

Nancy, I have two free machines. I don't know if they are called Pathfinder or not but I do have two manuals. I am posting a picture of the machines from the manuals so see if your looks like one of these.

I've had to search and search for the three vintages I've found. And everyone I've asked to keep an eye open for bargain machines is looking for them, too!
Just keep looking daily on CLs and go to garage sales.
