I read, and re-read, and agonized (in a good way) over this layout and this is what I have come up with.

All the strips have been cut and I plan to stay up late and sew some together so I can make sure this is right before I sew them all. I will post what I have by 9:30 tonight when they turn my Internet off.

I must say that this was so much better with your help. If it still looks wrong feel free to let me know, there is still time for adjustments.

I like your choices! Good luck on this...I am so afraid to try a bargello! The instructions intimidate me...now tell me who turns off your internet at nine? And why in the world would they do that??

I, too, can't wait to see your progress on this one. Does anyone else here see the irony in how much a black and white picture helps with the selection of colors? That is something that has always amazed me.

I don't know, hon. To me, #6 still looks lighter in both photos. Maybe it's just my old eyes or old monitor.

But beautiful and I can't wait to see the progress. I'm too chicken to try.

I am at a campground and the Internet IS on all night but the community center closes. I can use the Internet if I don't mind sitting outside in the dark!
