Good morning everyone. Welcome newcomers. Welcome back those who have returned.
Having butter as a Taboo might be difficult for me. I never eat real butter but I use I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Spray, does that count?
I see we have several new people which is great, glad you joined.
MJ sounds like you're doing real well. My prayers are still with you.
Cindy, you,re doing a fine job keeping us all on the staight and narrow. Thank. Can't wait to see how many sign up for Feburary.

I really miss assembling bulletins, I did it for over 25 years, every week. It was part of the rhythm of my life.

This lists name brand foods and the calorie count and WW points

This has the WW formular to figure out how many points you have each day,
and all restaurant menus for WW points
These are my "go-to's" everyday.
I also use these spreadsheets to figure my points and convert to WW recipes:

I have been amazed how successful I've been as I don't have that history at all.
Judy, a tricycle is a good thing but what about what I use at Rehab? This is a countertop set of pedals, first I use them on my arms for 10 minutes, then put them on the floor for my legs. You get the benefit without the snow.

our January winner is a 2 way tie. Both lost the same amount. Congratualtions to Purplemem (MJ) and JHolm. Keep up the good work ladies.

I believe this weeks TABOO is to avoid butter...........extra butter on the table.
Beachbound has asked someone to take over but we have not heard from the new person nor has she signed up on the weight loss thread. I will wait to see if I hear from her.
