Yep, I too am in the positively ancient category, all 14! Sad, isn't it?
What about no tissues, no disposable nappies/diapers, no babygrows (one piece with poppas down the front to fasten) no plastic buckets/ bowls.

OMG!!! I forgot the best Memory YET!!!
THE RINGER WASHER!!!
When I was 9ish we lived on the 3rd floor and Dad got Mom a ringer washer, ok this is 1985. So I helped do laundry, and I have long long hair at the time and this happened twice in 5 years and both times, I would calmly call my mother, Mom, MOm, MOM!, LOL well I did not know about the release as my hair wrapped around the ringer... AND She just stood there and laughed at me, because I was so calm about it!
Not to mention if I dropped something out that third floor window I had to run all the way down and back up those stairs rinse out, usually socks LOL... Before I was caught not being careful.
You know what is really funny my MIL, took a picture when she came to visit once after she hung out clothes. I had a pully system which she used like a standing line...
Upon asking her why she informed me she never hung clothes before and she was proud of it???
I guess she never had to but I miss hanging out clothes as I am in a community where clothes lines are frowned upon???? I dunno but that ringer wsher left an impression on me! <3

I scored an 11. I remember the milkman put the glass bottles in the milkbox outside our door and on really cold mornings the cream and butterfat would swell and push the cap off the bottle (now we have to drink 1%, yuk!)

Always had something to do and never said "I'm bored."
Thanks for the trip down memory lane Ditter.

If sweet cigarrettes refers to candy cigs then I had a personal experience of all but the milk delivery. We got our milk straight from the cows on my grandparents farms. I had to help seperate the cream in milk seperators. But I remember all the rest. I still have a metal ice tray and we have 33 1/3 records and 45s and a Hifi. my DH collects them. We had and my inlaws had a party line. My dad ran a service station and we ate in coffee shops or the local greasy spoon all the time. I helped mom wash clothes in a wringer washer. Got my hand caught in the roller a couple of times. Ouch.

I remember all but the sweet cigs. I guess should say I remember the glass bottles but we did not have them. On the ranch we drank the real thing straight from the cow. Granny used a wringer washer all her life and I remember her putting blueing in the water to brighten the clothes. One especially cold day everything froze hard. she brought in my grandfathers pants and stood them by the stove. Had four pairs of pants standing around thawing plus an orphan calf born two days before.

15. Cooking on a wood cook stove
16. Taking bath in wash tub
17. Pant stretchers
18. Water dippers
19. 5 and 10 cent dime store (they actually sold Hull and McCoy pottery that is worth a pretty penny now)
20. Drug store that sold ice cream.
Just a few comes to mind while reading this.
Most are just memories that can't be taken away
