I never go for the after Christmas sales. I love to give gifts, but I hate to shop, so after I buy the christmas gifts, I am through !

I usually pick up gift sets after Christmas and save to next year. Picked up a scarf last year for $2. embrodiered son's girlfrieds initials on it for quick gift this year. I usually wait until the 2 weeks after so things are marked down really low.

I usually don't have extra money after Christmas. I don't spend what I don't have. Yesterday I did go to a LQS just to look around. Lots of ideas, but didn't buy.

Even if I had the money, I wouldn't be caught dead in those crowds. I'm a crowd-phobic. It actually makes me physically sick to be in a crowd of people. I've been that way my whole life.

I only get clearance christmas wrapping supplies (paper, tags, tissue, bows) and I did go and spent $35 in sale items for next year. So I did spend a little, but nothing to break my piggy bank. I always get 50-70% off items at a steal and pack in the holiday boxes to put in the attic. I usually don't spend over $50 on after christmas sale items each year.
