Oh, how sad, can only pray that it makes it way to it's proper home. Wishing all the best for your cousin.

We had a similar situation but with medication. Post office said they left a note in the box to pick up at post office, but we never received the note. We contacted our carrier who said this happens often. She went into the post office and started looking after another employee had checked for us the previous day. She found the package behind a shelf where it had evidently fallen. Whoever entered the info about the note, had not been honest...they had no clue what had happened to the package.

I hope it was misdelivered and an honest person will do right and get it to her.

My thoughts are with you and her for it to arrive safely.

How awful the world is full of rotten people.
I really hope somehow it will turn up. That was so
thoughtful of you to make her a quilt. You are a nice person.

Does anybody actually read all of the replies before posting? We're on page 8 now and people are still telling her to check the neighbors or suggesting ways to catch the thief. The OP posted on PAGE 3 that she was given the wrong address to which to send the quilt, which is why it was never received. Please, please, please read all replies before posting.

Dear OP,
I hope you can contact the family at the wrong address to get this straightened out.

I am so sorry this happened to you! Maybe the driver remembers who he gave it to? I know its a long shot but it wouldn't hurt to ask. I hope whoever took it was just busy and forgot they placed it somewhere. Good luck and I hope you find it soon!
