Good news. You should ask Admin to change the title on your original topic to include "problem resolved see page...." whatever page the topic is up to and post this same message there too!

That is awsome. I hate to hear of a company that does not stand behind their product. I wonder if they happened upon this board?! This place is better then Ralph Nader

Be sure to let us know the condition of the strips in the new package he sends you.

I'm actually not surprised you have a better outcome from this than originally posted, though. With fabric prices as they are now, manufacturers can not overlook an unhappy customer and most, if info gets to the right person, will follow through on legitimate complaints.
