So much fun seeing everyone’s work! Kristakz- I like the quilting on that UFO- very interesting concept!

Did a tiny amount of quilting on one piece yesterday, then got sidelined. No sewing today since it's a barn day (though if I’m not too wiped out when I get back I may get a little more done on my BH. Right now, the PQ1500s is being used to piece BH, one of the PC420 is set up for fmq on an art quilt, the other PC420 is handling the fmq on a second art quilt, the Kenmore is still set up for sewing clothesline trivets and bowls, the featherweight is ready for piecing crumbs. The White and the VX560 need to be used for something- they’re feeling neglected LOL!

keep at the bonnie quilt sync and kristakz, they look great.....mine is in the ufo pile for a while. I need a change as well as finish some other ufo's calling my name, before they hit the burn pile. lol. Couldn't sleep last night, so made some progress on the boarders on my qayg birthday birdie quilt.

I seldom post on the board, but am always inspired by the helpful posts everyone makes. This weekend I am cutting and gathering projects to take to our guild’s retreat in three weeks. Thanks for sharing your pictures and knowledge. You are all so generous - and smart too!

This is 8 "s" curve pieces that use triangles, so all the fabric is cut the same.

Took two days (before and after work) to get to this point. Then I pick them up in the order they would be sewn, and put in bags. I decided I'm going to get all the cutting done and then get to sewing.

This is what I already have done. I did these and then started on the next group - and that was when I decided to get all the cutting done instead of cutting and sewing one group at a time.

here is a link showing the pattern.

these are fantastic! I love your set up too. Great tip on organization.

I'm in. Got one week to put a lap quilt together for a friend who just told me she decided to retire end of month.

Looks like lots of piecing and quilting going on. I am piecing borders of a quilt for my great niece. Name from Lori Holt’s book Alphabet blocks.

I love this idea! You are all doing such fabulous work! I'm definitely in. This weekend I'd like to tidy the sewing room, baste my twister wreath wall hanging and quilt it. I'm not planning to quilt it too heavily so this should all be totally achievable for this weekend...as long as I don't get too absorbed in admiring all of your beautiful projects that keep appearing on this page! Okay, shutting computer down now, I'll report back at the end of the day. Good luck everyone!
