Good morning! Looks like a day without rain is ahead, we might even see the sun. Am going for coffee with friends and then the grands and parents will come over and we’ll all have dinner.

SBG, I’m content with the fact that we gave Cyri a good life after he lost my sister and then my mother. He was a loving cat and he’s missed. He was happy right to the end.

Signups for Boom 31 start in a few days!

Oh Janice, I just realized your sweet kitty died. I'm so sorry! Those losses are so tough but they are so worth it. Sending hugs.

I found my F8s for the next boom! I knew they'd turn up. Here's a picture of what I'm sending. You will get one of these three prints... I'm asking for solids or tonals in purple, pink or lime for the pineapple print, and purple, pink, lime or aqua for the other two. I'll have my preferences on my note in the baggies. Hope you like creating with these!

But here’s a real kick in the teeth. Found out today that our 13 yo pittie only has a short time to live. Maybe as little as a few weeks. She’s seriously ill but if you saw her, you’d never believe it. DH and I are reeling. Now it’s just keeping her happy for as long as we can.

This is my second fabric. I'm asking for solid lightest blue for background and matching tonals in purples to complete the block. Anything from lavender to the darkest purple goes. I'm going to use the dark blue for my sashing and binding. Just have fun with it. I love this fabric.

You know, Libster, that I think someone used this fabric (or something very similar) many Booms back. I think your color requests will make stunning blocks!

Janice, again, so sorry. I lost 2 furkids within weeks a few years ago. One was expected but the other one was a fluke ( she was only 4) and we were just devastated.
Our furbabies mean so much to us.

Love seeing all this fabric! I'm excited for the next Boom. I need to get something ready for it. I'm back in my sewing room and it feels good.

Oh no! Not your pitbull too.... I am so sorry Janice. I hope she lives as long as she can. Such sad news!

Libster, I love your second fabric. Your colors are going to make wonderful blocks.
