Yay, pretty blocks are showing up! Love seeing them... My kids and grandkids have been here since Friday night, so no sewing has happened. It's 24-7 kid time with the little ones here, so not much else can happen. I love them so much and wouldn't change a thing, but I'm going to need a few days to recuperate from this visit. Still in pain too, from surgery. The nerve pain is kicking in. Never experienced anything like it before.
I'm thinking about blocks tho. Can hardly wait to dig in (at a leisurely pace!).

Sewbiz, I hear you on nerve pain. It's awful. This knee is still hurting, but not all the time. I'll have a good day and then bam! I'm in pain for another day or longer. I did a tiny bit of sewing several days ago and haven't been since. I just can't sit or stand for any length of time. Working on that in PT. Still icing the knee several times a day too.

The kids and gks just left. Whooo... I need a vacation. They were coming to "help" with cooking and cleaning, but I think my daughter and son just wanted to see me. The children are darling but they wore us slap out! Today will probably be a day of naps for these old folks! I don't know how my daughter does it.
The blocks are beautiful, everyone! Janice that weathervane block for Lib is so perfect. The blue sets off her print just beautifully.
