Great package. See, if you are patient good things do come. I'm glad that you are taking part in July and hope that you don't have to wait so long again.

Aurora,
You package is great. I really love the batiks, the colors are wonderful. I just saw the necklaces you included in the package you sent out. They are beautiful. I also love the cupcake pincushion you made. Job well done.

Just wait until you see the beautiful batiks and those potholders are incredibly thick, Linda58 must have an industrial machine to have sewn those. There are pins and needles, rotary blades, and one thing I always find handy -- a magnifier. I use one when I thread my sewing machine needles. A package of "Thank You Notes" -- I can never find one when I want to send a Thank You.

In case you cannot tell -- I loved my June SP package.

I remember brandy, sherry and port. Then the poor old memory fails.

I have been so busy getting ready for my daughter's visit, that the time just slipped by me today. I when to carry the trash out and low and behold, there sat this big Priority mail box addressed to Moi.

I was literally stunned by all the beautiful things that my Angel, Stash Queen, sent me. I certainly did not expect such a wonderful firmey. I kept pulling thing out until my lap was overflowing. My granddaughter kept laughing at me because I kept saying "I love this" over and over.

Thank you so much for being the angel you are. I did not realize the swap had angels until someone mentioned it in the posts. You really are a special person and you really made my day. I especially love the beautiful wall hanging and the batiks. I have never heard of Thread Heaven or seen tweezers like you sent. The fabrics were awesome and I haven't read the book. I cannot wait to look through the magazines or try the ruler. Everything was so special to me. You even remembered that I am a Soldiers Angel.

There was a John Grisham book, 4 quilt magazines, wall hanging, arc ruler, 13 fabulous pieces of fabric, Interfacing, binding roller (yea!), 5 spools of sulky thread, decorative and applique pins, sunscreen, Pink safety pins and tape measure in honor or Stash Queen's mom.
Patriotic windsock, napkins, Swarovski crystal star, a precious pin cushion box, handy tote, tweezers with a pull hook. I've never see tweezers like these.

I am one happy beginning quilter.

Mary A.K.A Lawsonmugs is my angel for June. She sent the nicest squishey today! My daughter has my camera with her at 4-H showing pictures of her new little calf she is bottle feeding, but I promise to post a picture first thing in the morning. Just wait till you see what all she sent and made!
Mary, Thank you so much for everything. I love it all. The coaster is just perfect for my glass at the computer, I have been wanting to make one, now I don't have to! lol And the potholder for the crockpot is so adorable. My younger daughter just loves it.I will post pictures of everything tomorrow!

Have you ever done the turning twenty fat quarter pattern? That's what I made my quilt out of, it can be done in 3 hours.
