OoooOoooo Ligia, your blocks are lovely! I am still dragging my feet on starting mine! I have been doing other things and really have put off starting. I do plan to get to working on them over the next week.

Y'all's May blocks look great! I have mine almost done, but I am not liking them at all. I mean, they look like they are supposed to, but to me these blocks just do not look anything like mayflowers. LOL. I used floral prints and am thinking maybe I'll take the blocks apart and try putting them together in a different pattern. It is just not making me happy the way it is.
Is anyone else not liking the May row? If so, what ideas are you having for it instead?

I too think that they do not remind me of flowers as much as pinwheels blowing in the breeze. But they can be colorful !

    Ligia,
Nice job! It is exciting to see the project grow. Doing it slowly gives me time to appreciate each row before moving on to the next.

Here are my May squares, I finally gave up and just connected them with material to represent a pretty blue sky. I skipped the leaves since they really don't say "flower" to me. I am going with the pinwheel theory. LOL.

I am so behind! I really need to get focused again! I suppose Spring and outside has kept me procastinating! I have the material and just need to cut and get going! Here it is June and the new Block is out! I was wondering of the June block... It appears we can use whatever colors we chose?

    Kind Regards,
