I am hoping to work some w/ my black, it is my favorite of my fabrics.

Kathy, I love the green you're using instead of the gray. It's going to look good next to the reds and golds. Your workshop fabric is very pretty. You are going to love the Bonnie workshop. I attended a 3-day workshop with her last fall and she's is an amazing teacher and a genuine person. My group even got to go to dinner with her the first evening and that was really fun, too.

Oooh, like that guess......forgot about the black.....mine is a black on black that is a favorite but never found a home before this mystery.

Yes, I am really looking forward to meeting her. I am also going to a Talking Turkey workshop, so with Allietare! that will be 3 BH quilts at the same time. Total immersion! LOL

Love your neutrals Podunk! I should be done trimming mine up today. I got about 260 done, not sure how big I'll be making the quilt, TBD!

I have to trim ALL my squares with this method. It's not a big deal, I just tell myself it's part of the process. I love the cutting and piecing of quilt making, it's my favorite part. It's very relaxing to me so I'm OK with the trimming step. It's easier for me to trim than to figure out where I'm going wrong. LOL
