I tend to draw on the photo where the rows would be. this one I would tilt, the rows go across at an angle. two blocks.

I just watched episode 4113 of Fon's and Porter's Love of Quilts showing a lovely red, white and blue quilt. stripes galore. Looks easy. Tropit's probably already made this one.
